Privacy

The short version: this site sets no marketing cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and loads nothing from third parties until you act.

Why there is no cookie banner. Because there is nothing to ask you about on arrival. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics and contact no third party until you press play on a stream. The one thing kept in your browser is the record of that decision, which exists only so we do not have to ask twice. The consent that is required, for the YouTube embed, is asked for on the page itself at the moment it matters, and is explained below.

Who is responsible. Loone Berlin. The full legal notice, address and named contact are in the imprint. Questions about your data: booking@loone.live.

YouTube embeds. Streams are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode). Nothing loads until you press play, on every page including the home page. That click is your consent (§ 25 TDDDG). YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) may process your IP address and set cookies once an embed runs. Your choice is stored in your browser only (localStorage), never on our servers.

Thumbnails. Stream stills are fetched by our own server and served from loone.live. Your browser never contacts Google to display them.

Withdrawing consent. One click, and as easily as you gave it (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). This clears the stored choice and stops any embed until you press play again.

Forms. Requests, RSVPs and newsletter sign-ups store exactly what you type, for the purpose you typed it (Art. 6 (1) a/b GDPR). The newsletter is double opt-in and every mail carries a one-click unsubscribe. RSVP data is deleted after the night it was for. Request data is kept while the booking conversation is live and for one season after.

Who processes it for us. Netlify (hosting and the form endpoints), Airtable (requests and door lists) and Brevo (newsletter and confirmation mail). Each is engaged as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising network anywhere on this site.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to booking@loone.live. You may also complain to the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Hosting. The site is served as static files by Netlify (Netlify Inc., San Francisco, USA, with EU edge nodes). Server logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) are kept briefly for security and deleted on rotation.
