How do I apply to stream at Loone Berlin?

Submit a stream request as an artist or as a crew/collective at loone.live/apply, with links to your music and three preferred dates. Dates open about two months ahead — the calendar is planned that far out.

How long does Loone take to answer a request?

A person reads every request, and requests are running well ahead of what a small team can answer quickly, so replies can take a while. Quiet is not a no — it usually means the queue or a full calendar. You are welcome to write again for a later date.

Can Loone broadcast my event or come to my venue?

Yes. The second form at loone.live/apply/showcase covers co-hosted nights in Berlin, remote broadcasts of your event, and Loone-in-clubs takeovers at your venue or festival. The same form takes general feedback and questions.

A night in the booth

Every week the booth goes to a label, a collective or an artist we want to hear. Tell us who you are and what you'd bring. A person reads every one of these.

Heads up — we're behind on replies. Since the new booking form opened we've been getting far more requests than we can answer quickly. Every one is read by a person. If a few weeks pass without a word, it isn't a no: we're either still working through the queue or the calendar was full for your dates. Please be patient, and do write again for a later date.

What happens next

A person reads every request that comes in — there is no filter and no algorithm in front of it. Since the new booking form opened we've had far more requests than a small team can answer quickly, so a reply can take some weeks.

If it stays quiet, please don't read anything into it. It means we're still working through the queue, or the calendar was full for the dates you gave. Write again for a later date whenever you like — it doesn't count against you.
